Verbier … My healthy and happy place .
Verbier just shot up to one of my favourite places in the world .
We first came a couple of years ago with our close friends (J&S- They expecting their 1st baby now arghhh sooo exciting ) . Anyway everyone was super advanced at skiing and I was a disaster lol . At one point I was dangling off a black screaming for my guy and snapped 4 nails in one shot lol. I had already completed the Ski Dubai AND Manchester Chill Factor course so I was over confident and so ready but when I got there it was a different ball game . I still really enjoyed the vacation and the spas and long walks and vibe .
I got the nickname “Tinytears” since then because I kept crying on the mountain hahahah .
Anyway this time we came back on our own . I went back to ski school like a little dolly LOL . Got in a mega pattern of
6.30 Wake up , coffee , shower , makeup
7.30 Mega breakfast
8.40 Boots on and Skis ready
8.45- 12.00 Ski private lesson .
12.00 Bae pick me up , we go for picnic in the slopes – pizza or whatever and coffeee .
1.30 Bit more skiing and snow vibes
5.00 Go on a walk and get white chocolate bunny rabbits and water . Everyday ritual lol . And I’m obsessed with my Steps app so need to make sure at least 10k steps a day .
7.30 Spa
9.00 Chill in the room .
10.00 In bed nice and cosy .
Probs best sleep routine I have ever been in so I defo want keep it up now I have left Switzerland . We are hoping to go back in the summer and do Hiking, Biking, Yoga and healthy retreat Juice diet vibes .
I feel so healthy and in love with the fresh crisp air there that I have decided I actually need a place there at some point . The one I like is 20 Mill fs
I don’t usually post this side of my life but we go on a lot of hikes and mountain climbs wherever we are in the world . Usually no make up start early vibes . Chased by angry cows and them kind of ones lol . Love red carpet , barbie princess vibes but also obsessed with Nature and outdoors .
Guess I just like living in a bikini Or Head to toe wrapped up . I have no In-between .
